Eligibility

Our services are available to families and individuals who meet clinical criteria for behavioral health services. A clinical assessment will be conducted prior to the initiation of therapy to determine eligibility and develop an individualized treatment plan.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting our office.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a review of service continuation.

Insurance and Payment

• Nūr works with most major insurance providers. We will assist with benefits verification and prior authorization.
• Families are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Consent and Participation

Parents or legal guardians must provide informed consent prior to the start of services. Active participation by families is a core component of our therapeutic approach, and we encourage ongoing collaboration throughout the treatment process.

Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable state laws. Information will only be shared with your written consent or as required by law.
